As a twenty-seven year telecommunications veteran, Terry has a unique skill set in the purchasing, installation, and cost control strategies associated with telephone systems. He has been responsible for client relationships with United Telephone, Centel Business Systems, and Vista-United Telecommunications and has coordinated over 400 PBX installations. Prior to entering the consulting practice, Terry pioneered a three-year contract with Vista-United Telecommunications, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company, to enter the competitive equipment marketplace. Terry has devoted the past nine years to a broad range of consulting offerings. As a principal of Resource Technology, his clients have increased their telephone department profits by over $10,000,000.

 

 

Steve Powell is responsible for the RTM's long-term growth, Client retention and strategic marketing focus. A founding Principal, his experience prior to the company forming in 1993, included 14 years of client services, earning top-honor achievements for telecom marketing as a Major Account Manager where his interests grew in telecom as a national leader in the long distance industry. Steve developed a number of key nationwide relationships for PBX, VM, and PMS services stressing his strong commitment to accountability. Holding a BS degree in Business Administration / Marketing from the University of Central Florida / Florida Technological University, he has been a presentation speaker at HITEC and has authored articles in a national hospitality publications.

 

 

Don has spent the last 20 years in the hospitality business with Howard Johnson Company, Prime Motor Inns and Servico Hotels and Resorts performing tasks as varied as Food and Beverage Manager, General Manager and VP Operations. His responsibilities included purchasing all operating supplies and equipment, in addition to total construction management and renovation projects. Don holds a BS degree in Hotel Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. As a partner in Resource Technology, he directs operations, negotiates contracts and coordinates the business financial functions.

 

 

Steve joined Resource Technology in September of 2006 by bringing eMax into the mix of the company. He is responsible for the daily operations of the eMax division as well as business development. During the formation of eMax, Farina worked for Vista Host, a prominent hotel management company based in Houston, TX, as the Director of e-Commerce. His hospitality career began with Sonesta Hotels while studying at the University of New Orleans from which a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration is held. Steve has also worked as a Director in a hospitality technology firm.
